Brian K. Hall; Founder and President

Brian serves as a national officer for Theta Chi Fraternity Inc. He is an active member of the Corral Club for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and has spent the last 10 years fundraising for Texas Children’s Hospital. He is also a member of Houston’s First United Methodist Church in downtown Houston. In 2010, Brian will complete his 20th year in the energy business where he is currently a Manager of Supplier Diversity and Small Business Development for Shell Oil Company.

MiYung Thrash, Co-Founder and Vice President

MiYung Thrash is a native of Houston and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and her MBA from St. Thomas University. MiYung is a Deployment Planner for Shell Lubricants where she utilizes her knowledge of Supply Chain management to optimize network production capacity. She is a dedicated individual who believes in the strength of common ideals and goals and the value of the human spirit.

Thomas “TJ” Dolan, Director

T.J. is the Deputy Director of International Operations at the American Center for Law and Justice in Washington DC. T.J. is responsible for the management and oversight of the ACLJ and ECLJ’s affiliation’s throughout the world, particularly in Africa. He also serves a part of the ECLJ’s delegation to the United Nations in New York. His private practice specializes in assisting foreign NGO’s and domestic non-profits with compliance issues and enacting corporate legal infrastructure. He currently holds a J.D. From Regent University, and a B.S. in Political Science from Longwood University in Virginia. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
